The McDowell Hospital and several community partners launched their new program, Lighten Up 4 Life, Monday, January 4th, at the YMCA. Among those present at the launch were members of both the County and City Council, who offered a New Year's Proclamation and Resolution, respectively, in support of Lighten Up 4 Life.

The McDowell Hospital held a photo reception on Tuesday, January 5th to showcase their new 2010 artwork. The photos were submitted last fall by employees or their family members.
Don't Forget: Diabetes classes are held every Tuesday, at 9:00am, and Thursday at 10:00am at the McDowell Hospital. In addition, Childbirth classes are on Thursdays at 6:00pm.
